Reporting to the Production Planning Assistant Manager, the Production Scheduler (schedule will be Sunday to Thursday from 3:00pm-12:00am) organizes production inappropriate volumes of work for work centers to meet demand and quality standards, and ensures goods are produced on time in the appropriate quantity for distribution. The production scheduler understands production procedures and ways to optimize them. They are organized and results driven with great problem solving skills to resolve demand and scheduled capacity conflicts. Advanced communication and computer skills are imperative.
The Production Scheduler works with planned and actual demand, and inventory strategies for all managed items and uses knowledge of lead times and performance capabilities to issue work on a timely basis to ensure availability. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-effective flow of our production operations.
Peet’s is seeking a Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure to be part of the team that drives concept, design, and development of our on-premise and cloud-based technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for strategy, design, build and operations and will focus on delivery of highly reliable and scalable technology components to meet the needs of our business.
Reporting to the Peet’s CIO, this IT senior leader is on point to ensure all parts of local and enterprise technology execution are delivered with high quality and positive results. The Sr. Director IT Infrastructure will assist business partners in determining how to achieve business results quicker and more effectively through technology. This individual is responsible for understanding business direction and needs, to drive formulation of solutions and roadmaps; providing insights to technical solution capabilities, leveraging internal solutions and investigating external solutions and partner capabilities.
The Lead is a role model and leader responsible for exemplifying Peet’s Vision, Mission, and Values to new and current Associates in the Roasting Plant and Distribution Center. The Lead achieves this in three primary ways; first, the Lead is accountable for the overall operations of a Peet’s department, maintaining high standards and execution in the department. Second, the Lead coordinates and oversees the training for newly hired and continuing Associates. Third, the Distribution Leads acts as a change agent, setting an example and leading training that supports a change on systems or operations in the Roasting Plant and Distribution Center. Distribution Lead reports to the Assistant Managers.
Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Generalist is a key contributor to the human resource function at Peet’s. This hands-on role, provides day to day HR support for our home office facility, Direct Store Delivery team, as well as field based Peetniks.

This full-time role based in our Emeryville headquarters reports directly to the Director of IT Security. The individual in this role will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and administration activities associated with the Peet’s Coffee network infrastructure, including telecommunications circuits, LANs, WANs, Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, and Firewalls, both physical and virtual devices.

The Regional Sales Manager reports to Director of National Accounts, Wholesale Division.
By leveraging relationships with existing specialty distributors, securing new accounts, and through collaboration with wholesale team members, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible to grow revenue and volume in the assigned territory each year.
Revenue growth activities include: calling directly on end-use clients, developing relationships with operators, ride-alongs in the territory with sales people, and through promotion of Peet’s and Mighty Leaf Tea at trade shows. Other activities include creating and executing relevant customer marketing and distributor programs which support growth strategies. The Regional Sales Manager will build strong training and support relationships to ensure alignment with Peet’s and MLT broader business goals. Accounts can include: business offices, refreshment service operators, and specialty distributors.
Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager, the machine operator helper assists in the operation of automated packaging equipment and monitoring of overall quality of coffee bags. Responsibilities also include: accurately and efficiently packing, labeling, and palletizing bagged coffee for picking, assisting in the daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding area.
Reporting to the Inventory Analytics Manager, the Inventory Control Analyst is a key member of the team supporting the Coffee team. This role is responsible for providing insights on green coffee inventory transactions at multiple warehouses including 3PL warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory transactions with adequate processes in place.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Manufacturing and Distribution Safety Manager is responsible for leading continuous improvement of employee safety programs and ensuring compliance with health and safety laws. Responsibilities include identifying, analyzing and establishing programs that will create and maintain a safe workplace.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – East, the Grocery DSD District Manager has overall management responsibility for a team of Route Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors in a specified district. Primary accountabilities include overseeing the sales, brand and customer development, route planning, marketing execution, budgeting and customer service results. The Grocery DSD District Manager is responsible for leading and developing their team members to achieve maximum work quality, capacity and efficiency.
This role is a full-time, exempt position and should be based in the Boston, MA area. The District Manager’s territory will include the greater Boston markets.
The Assistant Production Manager oversees the tactical execution of coffee production packaging processes as well as works closely with roasting, quality assurance, maintenance, and fulfillment departments to ensure safe and efficient production requirements are being met while maintaining strict product quality guidelines and expectations. This position requires demonstrated leadership, good judgment, and administer good sound decisions as well as the ability to develop, coach, train, and foster teamwork in a fast pace environment. Additionally, this position ensures improving bottom line results through department wide measurements that demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiencies and cost savings. This is a full time, non-exempt position and requires schedule flexibility to support a variety of shifts.
Reporting to the Director of Loyalty and Stored Value, the Loyalty Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Loyalty and Stored Value Marketing team to drive retail traffic and sales, acquire new members, and retain and grow existing members. The Loyalty Marketing Specialist is a critical member of the team, responsible for execution of marketing programs and day-to-day activities including loyalty offer setup, testing and execution, email and multi-channel campaign briefing and execution, gift card program execution, and reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, results-driven, customer-focused and willing to learn.
Reporting to the Vice President Supply Chain the Director of Manufacturing is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operation of Peet’s manufacturing facility. Specific areas of responsibility include leading a successful team in all aspects of manufacturing operations and site management. This role is accountable for the development and achievement of monthly, annual and long-term strategic plans as well as operational improvement initiatives related to the cost, efficiency, waste, quality, safety and environmental management of all plant operations.
Reporting to District Manager, the Route Sales Representative is responsible for serving all grocery customers on variable routes on the West Coast by delivering fresh coffee daily. Additionally, the RSR will build and maintain relationships with store management to increase Peet’s visibility within accounts. Previous DSD Experience is required.
You will provide vacation relief for our Seattle and Oregon region. Ideal candidate will be located in Seattle area.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer with a dotted line to the Vice President of Finance, the Finance Director of Supply Chain Management is a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team supporting the Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Coffee Purchasing, Indirect Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Quality and R&D teams at Peet’s. This role partners closely with each area to provide strategic, operational, financial planning and decision support services. This individual will manage the Plant Controller and other additional finance staff members and work with corporate and channel level finance, accounting and business teams. This person will be responsible for continuous improvement in Supply Chain operating results, long-term investment and expansion decision support, forecasting and planning, and building financial and business acumen within the organization.
Reporting to the Western Zone Operations Manager and based out of the Northern California region, the Operations Account Manager works collaboratively with the Sales team to on-board, train and quality audit our accounts to ensure alignment with Peet’s broader business goals. Accounts include business and industry foodservice accounts, college & university campuses, specialty grocery, hospitals, white tablecloth restaurants, and higher-end hotels and resorts.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Retail Communications, the Retail Communications Manager is responsible for the execution of the Retail communications strategy, delivering ongoing coffeebar communications and supporting the field through launch communications and management of the Daily Brew. Their primary responsibilities are to create and execute communications which strengthen and simplify the Peet’s Mission, motivate and engage employees, and drive improvements in store execution to ultimately better serve our customers.

Reporting to Operations Manager, a Warehouse Associate supports Peet’s warehouse operations including fulfilling customers’ orders, receiving, inputting, sorting, loading and unloading products as well as performing various warehouse activities focusing on the customer experience, quality, safety, and productivity.

This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements, and aligns with and supports the risk posture of the enterprise. The IT Security Director position requires a strong leader with skills in business management and a working knowledge of information security technologies. This individual will proactively work with business units to implement practices that meet defined policies and standards for information security. He or she will also oversee a variety of IT-related risk management activities.
The Security Director serves as the process owner of ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customers, business partners, employees and business information, in compliance with the organization's information security policies.
