This person will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Peet’s Retail Fulfillment service providers, primarily Southwest Traders and Oakland Warehouse. Responsibilities would include managing, monitoring, and holding service providers accountable to defined SLAs and ensuring a high quality and luxurious customer experience is achieved. This person would also work with the Peet’s Distribution and Procurement teams to ensure proper replenishment levels are maintained at both internal and external facilities to deliver a 98% fulfilment rate to retail coffee bars. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who will be ‘eyes and ears’ for the greater supply chain team when it comes to the daily retail operations. This role will provide the business with operational data used to influence process improvement initiatives designed to ensure quality and reduce costs. Strong collaboration with other members of Distribution, Retail Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes is a critical aspect of this role.
