This person will be responsible for the day-to- day support of Peet’s 3PL service providers across all business channels. Responsibilities would include managing the strategic accounts, defining, monitoring and holding 3PLs accountable to defined SLAs and ensuring a high quality and luxurious customer experience is achieved. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who will be ‘eyes and ears’ for the greater Ops team. This leader must develop great partnerships with the management teams of our 3PL partners, able to provide influence process improvement suggestions that will ensure quality and reduce costs. Strong collaboration with other members of Operations as well as working with the team to develop and improve processes is a critical aspect of this role
