Reporting to the Director of Coffee Purchasing, the Green Coffee Logistics Coordinator is responsible for tracking and reporting coffee shipments and deliveries from vendors, and the accurate and timely receipt and payment of coffee invoices. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with the Green Coffee Analyst in forecasting production needs and managing the release and transfer of coffee in the volume and assortment required for weekly production.
This is a non-exempt, temporary / contract role for assignment 4/1/2024 - 10/31/2024.

The Category Manager will create and manage customer-specific category management deliverables for the Sales Team and directly to Customer Buyers. There is specific emphasis on actionable category and shopper insights that drive the business for both our customers and Peet’s Coffee. The position is expected to be the go-to category management expert, to include in-depth category, consumer and shopper expertise. Key responsibilities include customer development, retail execution, insight activation and cross-functional collaboration. Importantly, this position requires both data and business savvy, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide consultative category management to both internal and external customers alike. This role is expected to present to and influence the customer.
This is a full-time, exempt and remote position.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Coffee Purchasing, the Green Coffee Buyer performs a critical role in sourcing, selecting, evaluating quality, and developing and maintaining systems and protocols for analyzing green purchasing forecasts, inventories, and optimum blend formulations. The Green Coffee Buyer works closely with the Green Coffee Manager to determine potential out of stock situations and alleviate them through spot purchase or temporary formula adjustments.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Foodservice Operations works collaboratively with the Sales team to on-board, train and lead quality assurance with our accounts to ensure alignment with Peet’s broader business goals. Accounts include business and industry foodservice accounts, college & university campuses, specialty grocery, hospitals, Airports, and higher-end hotels and resorts. This person will ideally be based in the Boston area, and be responsible for servicing our New England region covering: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Upstate New York.
The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing all tasks related to the various sourcing processes and activities for their assigned categories in sourcing for ingredients, packaging, finished goods, supplies, services, capital, and non-capital items/projects. The Manager negotiates contracts with suppliers and assists with selling strategic sourcing services across the organization to meet cost savings targets.
This position reports to and assists the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to ensure the department’s goals and objectives that drive cost saving initiatives, increase sales, reduce working capital, and increasing service levels are achieved.
Must live in SF Bay Area, California.
Reporting to Regional Manager, the Vacation Relief Route Sales Representative is responsible for serving all grocery customers on variable routes by delivering fresh coffee daily. Additionally, the RSR will build and maintain relationships with store management to increase Peet’s visibility within accounts. Previous DSD Experience is required.
This position will provide vacation relief for the Denver, CO area.
Hourly rate is $23.11.
Reporting to the Sr Manager of CPG Marketing, the Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) will play an integral role on the consumer marketing team to unite and elevate the brand experience across all channels and deliver innovation that efficiently drives revenue growth. The AMM’s primary responsibilities are to plan and execute innovation, as well as brand marketing programs that support the brand across Grocery, Mass and Club.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of innovation, marketing programs, managing packaging projects and analyzing brand & category performance.
Key partners for the AMM will be Innovation, Sales, Comms / PR, Sales Analytics and Insights and the Creative Services teams.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all warehouse operations as communicated by our WHM at our Huntington Valley, PA location. This includes all receiving and shipping activity, proper storage, and accounting of product. RSR and ID orders are loaded accurately and on-time. Proper accounting and storage of all incoming and outgoing products.

Additionally, the RSR will build and maintain relationships with store management to increase Peet’s visibility within accounts.
This position will work in the San Ramon/Dublin area.
Hourly rate is $27.11, plus eligible for commission.

Reporting to the Director of Sales CPG, the National Account Manager (NAM) leads, develops, manages, optimizes, and coordinates new and existing business with Walmart and Sam’s Club. The National Account Manager is responsible for driving and delivering sales and profit goals for multiple premium and super premium brands of coffee and tea, managing trade budgets within guidelines, and effectively interacting with Peet’s Planning, Insights, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Teams. The NAM will work closely with their buyers to develop comprehensive and strategic account plans, drive successful launches of LTO and new items, while delivering needed financials.
Northwest Arkansas - Fayetteville, Bentonville, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, exempt position.
