Peet’s Key Account Manager Large Format position is to develop sustained business relationships, drive profitable sales and incremental distribution for all Peet’s portfolio brands within assigned large format customers in the Northeastern US. The Peet’s portfolio includes dry grocery coffee and refrigerated cold brew. The KAM is responsible for exceeding volume, new item distribution and share goals while improving return on customer investment. The KAM is responsible for maximizing the in-store condition of their categories by leading MAPS execution across the extended team of Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Finance & DSD Sales. The individual must be able to successfully create and manage projects that require cross-functional contribution. She or he needs very strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to develop winning propositions for Peet’s Coffee and full distribution of all Cold Brew Brands.
The Peet’s KAM’s main responsibility is to lead their assigned customers by providing insights and support in the following areas:
Experience selling to key regional accounts is essential, with some experience in internal CPG HQ category management, customer marketing, and customer category development preferred.
The KAM is a full-time exempt position and reports to the CPG East Director of Sales
