This person will be responsible for the day-to- day management and support of Peet’s distribution solutions provided by 3rdparty providers. Responsibilities would include managing the strategic accounts, defining, monitoring and holding partners accountable to defined SLAs and ensuring a high quality and luxurious customer experience is achieved. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who will be ‘eyes and ears’ for the greater Ops team. This leader must develop great partnerships work cross functionally and be able to influence and create process improvements that is laser focused on improving customer service and reduce costs. Strong collaboration with other members of Operations as well as working with the team to develop and improve processes is a critical aspect of this role.
