The Director of Retail FP&A plays a lead role in the strategic and financial planning of Peetâ€™s retail stores. This person is a key member of the Retail leadership team and partners closely with the VP of Coffeebar Stores, providing perspectives and expertise to maximize the financial performance of current and future stores, as well as with the VP of Finance, providing consolidation of retail results into the total company P&L. As Peetâ€™s continues its current phase of growth, the Director of Retail FP&A will play a major role in the expansion strategy and associated financials for the business. This individual must be able to manage and optimize reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes, while proactively identifying opportunities for improved results and providing the necessary analysis to guide a wide range of decisions.Â This role also drives change management and accountability through process, systems, and reporting improvements to provide more transparency and visibility into current and future financial results. The Director of FP&A is responsible for leading and inspiring a team and actively promoting the mission, vision and values of the organization.
