The Vice President of Sales is an executive leadership role responsible for managing the strategic top and bottom line growth of portfolio products including, sales pipeline planning, portfolio & innovation planning, partnering with marketing with the development of the annual market plan, and cross-functional leadership to ensure sales strategy & organizational alignment to these activities. This role is responsible for establishing sales targets to meet company objectives, professional development of a team and excelling department culture.
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for expanding development of strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
Consumer communications efforts that the Vice President of Sales will lead include but are not limited to; distributor & retailer meetings, team trainings, and professional sampling. These efforts are to be led by Revive’s mission, vision & purpose to maintain consistency in our brand messaging.

Prior high growth leadership experience scaling a fast-growing business within a start-up environment.
Five plus years of sales experience in a large traditional consumer packaged goods environment.
Ten plus years sales experience.
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Skilled with technology and open to learning new programs to elevate the business
Experience building & managing a team.
Experience managing multiple regional managers across several geographies
Natural & organic food, RTD and cold-chain experience a plus, as well as experience at a mission driven organization.
Familiarity with functional beverages fermented products a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
Willing to travel up to 30 - 50% (including nights and weekends).
Demonstrated record of success and overachievement.

Exceptional communication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to mentor, organize, persuade and inspire sales team.
Strategic thinking and ability to drive that thinking into actionable plans.

Experience working closely with sales & marketing teams across all major distribution channels; natural foods, grocery, mass, club, foodservice and drug.
Skill with performing complex analysis and interpret market trends and business data
Strong, passionate leadership skills and business acumen.
Ability to operate autonomously
Positivity, creativity, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, flexibility, and comfort in fast-changing, agile environments.
Strong partnership skills. Able to work with strategic distribution partners to ensure Revive is able to extract the most value from their relationships,
Great understanding of or willingness to learn about how to sell a product that has a unique shelf life and temperature needs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
