The Retail Operations Systems Administrator reports to the Senior Manager, Retail Operations and is a key member of Peet’s Operations team. The Retail Operations Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all coffeebar systems and procedures are in place and working effectively. They are also responsible for partnering cross functionally to orchestrate and maintain menu item, ingredient and vendor set up within coffeebar POS and back office systems. In addition, they will partner with HR to maintain labor law and labor attribute assignments within back office systems. This individual continuously looks for opportunities to improve systems and processes to enable a high level of store execution.
