Sr. Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in supporting the talent acquisition function and ensuring Peet’s attracts and hires passionate, authentic and talented Peetniks. Reporting to the President of CPG, the Sr. Manager of TA is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for several of Peet’s business channels and cultivating a pipeline of quality talent to meet the company’s goals and objectives. This role builds, maintains and communicates processes, policies and tools that drive quality assessment and enable productive and efficient hiring practices. This role plays a key role in creating and promoting Peet’s corporate employment brand and candidate experience that reflects Peet’s values and ensures a seamless assimilation into the organization. This is a full time, exempt position.
