Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition, the Home Office Recruiter is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment activities for Peet’s home office. The Recruiter builds strong relationships with hiring managers and partners with them to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates. They design and execute appropriate sourcing and recruiting strategies, including building effective networks and relationships to create an on-going pipeline of highly qualified candidates. The Home Office Recruiter promotes Peet’s values to candidates and positions Peet’s as an employer of choice by enhancing/communicating our employer brand strategy to both candidates and the community. This position is a full-time, exempt position. We are looking for local candidates who would be able to work daily from our Emeryville Corporate office.
